My journey has taught me that leadership is both a professional practice and a spiritual path, one that asks us to lead with courage, presence, and authenticity. Through my coaching, I help emerging leaders navigate that same journey, discovering their own voice, confidence, and impact along the way.
About my coaching
I’m a leadership coach who empowers emerging leaders to step into their roles with confidence, compassion, and authenticity. I help leaders scale their leadership, equipping them with the mindset, tools, and support to lead effectively and sustainably.
In our work together, we’ll uncover your unique strengths, quiet imposter syndrome, and build the confidence to lead with integrity and purpose. My coaching is action-oriented and grounded in real-world application, whether you’re stepping into a bigger leadership role, exploring a career pivot, or simply ready to lead with more ease and impact.
My approach is holistic and human-centered. I create a safe, supportive space for honest reflection and bold experimentation. Drawing on my background in business, Co-Active Coaching, Designing Your Life principles, and the Enneagram, I help leaders overcome obstacles, unlock their potential, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
My Background
With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, change management, and project management, I bring a blend of real-world business insight and deep personal understanding to my coaching. I hold an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bucknell University.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), with advanced training in CTI’s Co-Active Leadership Program, Designing Your Life methodology, the iEQ9 Enneagram Assessment, and Inner Team Dialogue.
Beyond my professional background, my coaching is also shaped by a lifelong curiosity about human potential and spirituality. I’m a Reiki Master and a graduate of the Psychic Horizons Clairvoyant Training Program, with studies in Yoga, Ayurveda, Theta Healing, Christian Mysticism, Buddhism, and Shamanic traditions. These practices deepen my ability to hold space for transformation and help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom.
This unique combination of practical leadership tools and intuitive insight allows me to meet clients where they are, supporting their growth both professionally and personally, and helping them lead with greater authenticity, clarity, and confidence.
